From: "Ben Harris" To: Paul Kienzle Cc: octave-sources at bevo dot che dot wisc dot edu Date: Fri, 7 Jun 2002 09:46:09 -0500 You are correct. The intent of the author is clear--he wants to remain in control of this code. The exact same wording appears in the distribution. I have already emailed the original author to ask him if I (or he) could distribute this new version of his scripts. No reply yet. Until then I wait... -- Ben Paul Kienzle r.nist.gov> cc: Subject: Re: VRML generation script--where to put it? 06/07/2002 09:17 AM Can't put it on octave-forge: This early version of VRMLplot, written while standard VRML 2.0 browsers are still evolving, is provided for your use in hopes of obtaining feedback for future implementations - we welcome reports of problems and suggestions for improvements. You are welcome to copy and distribute this version provided that all files in the distribution are included. However, you may not alter it, include it in another product or distribute it in a commercial product without the prior written consent of the author. Provided free of charge, it comes with no warranty of any kind. Or does the license in the source differ from what is said on the webpage?
