New version of signalPAK (June 27, 2000)

New functions:
   dct, idct, dct2, idct2, filter2, plot3
   TIMIT support: loadNIST, timitload, timitphone, timitphrase,
		  timitword, timitsample, timitseg, timitsize

Interface changes:
   lin2mu, mu2lin: by default, process real values (range -1,1)
   unwrap: more matlab like; only does 2*pi modulus

Fixes:
   auload, ausave: use lin2mu, mu2lin
   deblank: strips space and null
   str2mat: accepts empty matrices
   pretty: support for 2.1.x
