I've updated my lame oct2mat script and put it on my pages.

It will remain lame until someone rewrites octave's 'type' command
to output matlab style code, since some of the changes required
are impossible to do correctly without a proper parse tree.  It
would be nice to extract the parser into a standalone program for
those who are running on systems which have matlab installed but
not octave.
