Hi!  I've reorganized my Octave stuff at

	http://users.powernet.co.uk/kienzle/octave

In particular, there is a new version of matcompat at

	http://users.powernet.co.uk/kienzle/octave/matcompat.tar.gz

which has a few extra functions and some fixes.  The big change
is that I've cleaned up the make files and added an install target 
to the makefile.  See INSTALL for more details.
