Dear octave users

finally I managed to write the code for a very simple FEM package for Octave.
It solves second order differential equations in two variables, using first order
elements.
Find the code at my home page http://www.hta-bi.bfh.ch/~sha in the `software' section
or directly in the directory
http://www.hta-bi.bfh.ch/~sha/pwf/fem/FEMoctave/
The file FEMoctave.tgz contains all necessary files. The package was tested with the
development version of Octave, a short test with version 2.0.13 failed, may be somebody
finds a fix ;-)
