Enclosed is a revised version of the one-dimensional median filtering
(medfilt1)

  - implemented as a class in the liboctave library,
    with a simple DEFUN
  - style closer to the GNU coding guidelines
  - some comments added

As before, please consider this for inclusion in the next release of
Octave.
