   Since several people had trouble with extracting the
Image Processing Toolbox from Octave archive, I've made
it accessible via ftp:

ftp://ftp.math.tau.ac.il/pub/arielt/octave/1998-12-24-miscroutines.tgz

It is a gzipped tar file (as the suffix implies :) ).
No change since my previous e-mail.

I'll be glad to receive any comments or suggestions from those
who use it, with the hope it would enter the Octave distribution.
