The TSA toolbox is a collection of functions related to time series
analysis. It might be useful for spectral estimation, autoregressive
modeling, inverse filtering, histogram analysis, test of polynomials,
autocorrelation function etc. 
Efficient algorithms were used, and several demos are included. The 
toolbox is licensed with LGPL. You can download it from 
http://www-dpmi.tu-graz.ac.at/~schloegl/matlab/tsa/
