Hello,
I've now been using your FFTW-patch for octave for a while, and it seems very solid indeed. The performance boost seems larger the bigger the matrixes you work with. As I am lots of large matixes, I notice the boost a lot.

I do not have any knowledge in programming with the fftw library, but you mentioned something about this interface to fftw being sub optimal. Could you elaborate a little on this?
