Hi Mr. Eaton,

Though I wanted to report my problems to you using the bug-octave tool,
I changed my mind and decided to try and find out some things for myself
first. However, to my surprise, my half-finished octave-bug-report 
sent itself off immedeatly.. I think an option "are you sure? (y/n)"
would be quite usefull, especially to you as maintainer ;)

Btw. I don't have emacs, it assumes everyone has.
