There are a couple of rather big changes from v0.3

* Some general and backend functions that need to exist are described.
* The camera and light properties were added to the axes.

It looks like we may be getting relatively complete here (at least for a 
first version).  I've brought up a few more issues that will likely need 
to be addressed, but I think it's looking pretty good.
