It seems that someone else used to have the spaz at u dot washington dot edu id
and was subscribed to the octave-graphics mailing list.  While the
list was dormant, apparently the ownership of `spaz at u dot washington dot edu'
changed hands.  I removed the address from the list.  So, this poor
person really didn't have any idea why he was suddenly receiving mail
about this weird Octave stuff.
