I need some more help from you, Actually I want to Load Image and
Display Image Using Octave .
Here in Octave imread how imread command works ? Can you send me some
tips  and example related to loading and displaying of Images in OCTAVE.

using the cygwin setup program, install octave & octave-forge packages
-- they are under "Math".

After this, type "octave" at the cygwin prompt to get octave.

If you want graphics, make sure you also installed X11 & gnuplot, start
a X-session (I think you can do it from the start menu) and from there
type"octave" at the prompt
