Matrix multiplication is much faster with atlas3-sse2 than with
atlas3-base. That's on an Intel machine.

Should I expect the same speedup when going from atlas3-base to
atlas3-sse2 on an AMD machine?

(Debian only has altas3-base for AMD.)
