Subject: web site changes

We've moved the www.octave.org site to www.gnu.org.  The old
www.octave.org URLs should continue to work as before, but when you
view the pages they will appear as www.gnu.org/software/octave
instead of www.octave.org.  If you find any problems with the web
site, please send a report to the bug at octave dot org list.  If you would
like to help with maintaining the web pages please send mail to the
maintainers at octave dot org list.
