Hi.  According to

The Octave distribution includes a 220+ page manual that is written 
using Texinfo.

Two questions: 1. Does this mean I can create a .dvi of the manual?  2. 
If the answer to the first question is yes, then which file in the 
Octave distro do I need to do this?
