For some reason octave cannot find dispatch.oct.
So it either not built or not installed correctly for
some reasons.

Do you have dispatch.oct in /home/yeyo/octave-forge/ ?

Can hyou verify that you have dispatch.oct in
./octave-forge-2004.11.16/main/miscellaneous/

?

(That is that dispatch.oct was built correctly)
