Subject: un-vech, un-vec?

So as not to reinvent the wheel, does anyone have code to do the inverse of 
vec and/or vech? That is, for the case of vech, which interests me most, 
construct a KxK symmetric matrix from a  (K^2-K)/2+K vector of the unique 
elements?
