Actually, it appears there are a few files that are not removed when I
do a make maintainer-clean:
doc/faq/Octave-FAQ.html
doc/liboctave/liboctave.html
doc/refcard/refcard-a4.pdf
doc/refcard/refcard-legal.pdf
doc/refcard/refcard-letter.pdf
In addition to these, there are quite a few generated .h and .cc files
in liboctave and a few in src (I'm using current CVS) that are not
removed that show up as not in the cvs archive when I do a cvs update.
