Subject: Help. Differential equation solution

Would you be so kind to explain me how can I solve the the equation of
thermal conduction of the following type:
a*(dT/dz)=d/dz(b(T)dT/dz)+f(T)
the boundary coditions are:
T=T1 for z=-inf, T=T2 for z=+inf
