From help-octave-request at bevo dot che dot wisc dot edu Thu Dec 4 10:29:20 2003 Subject: Image support under windows From: "Rinke J. Wijngaarden" To: help-octave at bevo dot che dot wisc dot edu Date: Thu, 4 Dec 2003 08:06:18 -0600 I have GNU Octave, version 2.1.50 working under Windows98. After small modification of image.m I can now display images in iexplore or IrfanView. In both cases, however, the Octave prompt only comes back after closing the plotting window. Hence, if I have an iterative calculation, which shows an image at each step, I have to close manually the image window after each iteration, which is undesirable (and different from the way matlab operates). Any solution? Kind regards, Rinke Wijngaarden >Date: Fri, 14 Nov 2003 11:53:52 +0100 >To: help-octave at bevo dot che dot wisc dot edu >From: "Rinke J.
