Subject: OfW: More on cygwin compatibility

I realized that even if the package can coexist with cygwin, it shouldn't be 
installed on the same directory because this might break the cygwin 
enviroment sanity (it might overwrite some important file). So I did the 
following:

1) I modified the original warning message telling the user not to use the 
package from with the cygwin enviroment.
2) I added a check for previous versions of the package.
3) Set the overwrite flag to false just in case.

I'll update everything tomorrow (I'm dead tired now). On the usual url (read 
below) is the latest "compatible" version.
