Subject: Help needed to install octave-2.0.16

I still have a problem to run make with any Octave's version. The error is due
to the include file complex.h that is not found.
Where can I specify the path of the g++ include files? Because the path for the
include files directory is /usr/local/include/g++-v3 and I don't know how to
program so that it will be used by the configure and the make files.
