Hi,

does anybody know of an octave function for `Nth Octave' filtering,
after ANSI spec. S1.11-1986? This allows e. g. to smooth audio FFTs,
which are plotted with logarithmic frequency axix, by using a constant
_relative_ bandwidth filter.
