Octave is aparently running ok. The problem is that after running BASH I am unable to enter some characters from keyboard ( namely ",',^ and ~). The double-quote is the major problem, as you can figure out. I have tried every possible (I think) change on the keyboard configuration without any success. On the DOS prompt the keyboard works fine but stops to output those characters after entering BASH. Any help you can give would be highly appreciated.
