Subject: make binary-dist error, need help!

Dear octave compile or distributer:

   When try to make binary copy, I tried make binary-dist for 2.0.16,but
it was stoppe by the massage
make[3]: *** [../libcruft.a(dgesvd.o)] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/root/octave-2.0.16/libcruft/lapack'
make[2]: *** [lapack] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/root/octave-2.0.16/libcruft'
make[1]: *** [libcruft] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/octave-2.0.16'
make: *** [binary-dist] Error 2  

any help would be welcome
