Hi,

I would like to know how easy (or possible) to use Octave as a simulation
environment for numerical Simulation of non-linear Dynamic systems. 

Does it have runge-kutta algorithms or other integration techniques
built-in. How easy is it to install it to MSDOS platform?

Does it have any control toolboxes as well.

Also any signal processing tools.
