Don't you intend to support them?

Have you take a look at my contribution "Multi-Plot-Windows at last! 
A contribution"? It also works  with  Vinayak's  multiplot, (if slighly
modified) enabling multiple plot windows each with multiple plots.
(Was I clear? :)).
