Subject: Missing mat2cell

I was wanting to use mat2cell (it's referred to in the help for cell2mat), 
but it doesn't appear to be in the distribution for 2.9.5.  I did a quick 
glance at cvs, and it doesn't appear to be there either.  I'm guessing 
that it may have been missed during the import of cell2mat.
