Subject: Problems with flex.

Dear anyone,
     I recently tried to get the cvs version of octave, and compile
     it (On an dell laptop running fedora core 3).  When I tried to run
     make I got an error that flex didn't recognize line 217 of gplot.l
     which simply contained "{UNOP} { ".  So, keeping with the warnings
     outputed when I started to make, I downloaded flex 2.5.4a from
     ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/ still no luck.  According to fedora I am
     running flex 2.5.4.  Any ideas would be helpful.
