One thing to test would be optimization. I tried debugging a little bit and I found code a little bit difficult to follow (for me that doesn't know how internals work) because a lot of things are being optimized. What is the default optimization used in Octave? Is it -O2 ? How can i change it easily? (my experience with autotools is mostly... inexperience) BTW, I used gcc 3.3.4. --=20 Josep Mon=E9s i Teixidor Clau GnuPG: gpg --recv-keys 80E85CC4 --=-ms+cTOjIGz15YGWVcooE Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.4 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQBBK1kFMVjIwYDoXMQRApRfAJ9Yx/gaur35ox/DqABXuWmTYIKmKQCfU5ZM wmU6NLF2LnYiLvhU620qX9E= =wUrL -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-ms+cTOjIGz15YGWVcooE-- ------------------------------------------------------------- Octave is freely available under the terms of the GNU GPL.
