I would like to be a contributor to the development of octave - 
especially in the area of
signal processing.  I believe I am a good programmer (15 years 
programming experience and
PhD Mathematics).   Please tell me your guidelines for submitting C++ 
programs in the area
of signal processing.   I also need a list of what types of programs are 
needed. 

What about wavelets?  Any plans here also?
