Bug report for Octave 2.0.13 configured for sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1

Description:

  * We just installed octave 2.0.13 on top of gnuplot 3.7, and subplot doesn't 
  work til you set gnuplot_has_multiplot = 1. this solves the problem but 
  octave should probably automatically know multiplot works for gnuplot 3.7.
