'HAVE_TERMCAP_H' is defined in 'octave-2.0.14' and 'octave-2.1.14' thus no reconfiguring required. But 'octave-2.1.14/src/sysdep.cc' does not include the readline header files like 'octave-2.0.14/src/sysdep.cc'. Is this the intention or something missing ?
