More configure problems:

1) ./configure --enable-shared --with-g77 --verbose --enable-shl

Pid 10132 received a SIGSEGV for stack growth failure.
Possible causes: insufficient memory or swap space,
or stack size exceeded maxssiz.

Any thoughts on debugging this?
