Subject: Bug in "Range"

I got a wrong result when trying to produce a vector with the 
range expression. The problem occurs when using a negative increment:

   octave:9> k = 0.9:-0.3:0.0  
   k =

     0.90000  0.60000  0.30000  0.00000

   octave:10> k = 0.9:-0.3:0.1
   k =

     0.90000  0.60000

The latter result should obviously include a 0.30 as well. 
The error cannot be due to floating point roundoff.(?)
