In your ``Octave'' documentation, you wrote page 66 : ``I hope that someday
Octave will include more statistics functions''. 

One thing you can do, is to add the DCDFLIB library to your octave code. This
free library contains subroutines which are able to compute cdf and inverse
probabilities of most probability functions.
