hi,
i'd like to contribute to the signal processing library of 
octave.  i've extensively used the student version of matlab,
but now i use octave, mainly because it doesn't have the vector 
and matrix limitations the student version of matlab has.  i have 
written several signal processing functions already and plan to
write many more over the summer.

please e-mail me any information i'll need to help contribute to
octave.
