Subject: row vector x column vector = scalar bug?

Hi.  In RowVector.cc, the operator * that is supposed to yield the
inner product of a row vector and a column vector by calling ddot is
currently returning 0.0 no matter what.

Is there a subtle problem with ddot that I am not aware of, or is this
a bug?

Please put me on the bug-octave mailing list and/or email me with
answer/solution.
