Subject:      Silly little buglet.

This is not a bug really -- but who knows it may have other
implications!!

It concerns the function `who' which reports the variables etc etc. It
appears that if there are no variables, octave core dumps. Of course,
it works perfectly when there are vars.

Octave Version       0.70 {from sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/apps/math}
Machine              486DX-50MHz (ie with co-pro)
Operating System     Linux 0.99 pl9
Error Report         Floating point exception (core dumped)
                     { and it goes ahead and dumps about 700k in core}
